CONCEPT

The site is an infilled corner in Berlin, Germany. The building is mixed use, ranging from a community education center to luxury apartments.

DESCRIPTION

​

The first level houses the community education center and the daycare. It is convenient for residents and people that work in the building to stop off on their way to and from work or home. The next two levels are for general office use. It is better for the offices to be off of the street level because there would be less noise. The next three levels are the luxury suites which give the most protection from the noise and the best view. At last is the rooftop lounge; this is an area open to both the residents for the building and the tenants of the office spaces.
